A simple, clean, healthy lunch. REALLY easy to make and well worth it!

The kind of lunch you either never think of, or think will be too much of a faff.
It's not! It's SOOOO easy and SOOOOO incredibly tasty
INGREDIENTS
tenderstem broccoli - £1.60
garlic - around 10p
salt & dried chillies - around 5p
4 slices of bread (for four folk) 40p-80p depending on the bread - great way of using stale bread

METHOD
Chop the broccoli into thirds-ish
Heat a little olive oil in a pan with a small drop of water
Broccoli in and cover
Give it 10 minutes
MEANWHILE...
Finely slice the garlic
After 10 mins, add the garlic, salt & chillies
And a little more oil
Cover and cook for another 10-15 minutes
The bread:
Fry it
Shove it in the oven
Shove it in a toaster
It's entirely up to you.
I'm frying it. From the oven is nice too. The main thing is to rub it with some garlic once it's done.
Spoon the broccoli onto it
Lunch!
